As international company:

• You can not customs clear the products in Brazil. Incoterm DDP is prohibited.

• You need a local Importer of Record to clear and deliver the goods.

• Not many Brazilian companies are importer of record, you will probably need an intermediary to reach your final customers.

• This local importer of record intermediary can be a distributor or a subsidiary.

• We offer you an alternative as Importer as a Service.
